What's in the box

Fridays and Mondays are our CSA ( Community Supported Agriculture)  box days. We pick the available produce, wash it and pack it. It is either picked up from the farm or taken to another designated drop off spot.

The produce we provide is seasonal, and therefore our boxes contain whatever we have growing  at the time.

Here's a glimpse of what is in the boxes today....

  1. Looks gorgeous! Do you have the eggplants in your chicken dome gardens or are they in a seperate spot?

    1. Mark here Kim. we grew these outside the circular beds in "no dig" beds on the edge but have grown them in the mandalas in years gone. There is space on the compost sites for such crops too but we decided to do something different this year. I just love mixing it up.

  2. Lovely produce! My husband has been working some very long hours here getting everything in the ground for a CSA he is doing with a friend, it's a lot of work, but he is so excited and having a blast!
