Mark is preparing for our Cheese and Yogurt workshop on the weekend. Here is the Colby he made yesterday. It is a washed curd hard cheese. The cheese will air dry over the next few days and will be ready for waxing on Saturday as a demonstration at the workshop.
In addition to the Colby we will be making whey ricotta and paneer, and demonstrating the making of yoghurt. If you would like to learn more about making cheese at home we still have a number of places available for our workshop this Saturday.
